Петиция: Остановите вырождение гор. электротранспорта в РФ

Предлагаю подписать петицию с целью не дать выродиться общественному электротранспорту (троллейбусы, трамваи) в России, а также сделать его комфортным и удобным для людей! Письмо В.В. Путину о доработке принятого ГД 30.06.2015 Федерального Закона № 220-ФЗ "Об организации регулярных перевозок пассажиров и багажа автомобильным транспортом и городским наземным электрическим транспортом в Российской Федерации".

Увы, в области троллейбусов и трамваев сложилось бедственное положение. Это массовое явление в России. Предприятия, обслуживающие городской электротранспорт, вынуждены закрываться, так как не окупают себя. Те, которые ещё держатся на плаву, вынуждены сокращать объемы выполняемой работы, сокращать количество подвижного состава, увольнять квалифицированных специалистов. Подобные события уже наблюдались недавно в Астрахани, Волгограде, Тольятти, Саратове, Дзержинске Нижегородской области, Петрозаводске, Кургане, Благовещенске и других городах. Поддержите!
